This position will be responsible for driving the sales function to achieve critical business objectives, actively develop and lead execution of the go to market strategy and provide strong sales leadership. Reporting to the SVP of the NEXTEP Business Unit, you are responsible for directly managing the sales account executives to ensure the business meets and exceeds targets, which includes accelerating sales growth at existing clients, new customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with the current client base to build long:term customer loyalty. NEXTEP focuses on selling Self:Order Kiosk and POS software and hardware to large Food Service Management companies and Enterprise Quick Service and Fast Casual Restaurant chains.
Job Details:
Sales Execution and Performance
Achieve plan and overall revenue target for both New and Existing Business
Create and sustain a sales performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, management)
Implement robust performance measures and reviews of sales staff, using data driven analytics, to drive strong sales execution
Work with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure pipeline accuracy and lead/opportunity funnel management
Leadership and Collaboration
Provide strong leadership and management of the sales function, setting a unified direction for the team and ensure priorities are clear at all times
Assist sales team in strategies to win business and in complex contract negotiations for key deals
Work with BU leader to build an Enterprise sales team to support business expansion goals
Proactively seek out and seize opportunities to collaborate with partners across the business to ensure the voice of the customer influences our efforts and investments in product, innovation and proposal development, and to further drive and leverage cross:sell opportunities
Establish strong partnerships across matrixed functions to collaborate on solutions which help remove roadblocks/barriers to sales execution
