The Director of Sales is responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive sales program. The individual will be responsible to build long:term national account sales,business relationships, developing annual sales plans for units, B2B sales programs, local sales/marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Communication on existing and new opportunities and leads, working and priority, to other management
Work closely with the team to develop and implement creative sales campaigns
Designing and implementing sales programs with benchmarks
Work closely with franchise and corporate owners and operators to implement sales programs
Generate national leads to transfer into new national opportunities for brand
Responsible for national annual sales goals.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Sales/Management or relevant field
5+ year of experience in B2B sales within restaurant/retail environment
Direct report management experience
Building regional and national accounts
