As a Director of Sales, youll be responsible for leading the WellSky Post:Acute Care Facilities sales executives to identify, develop, and maintain relationships clients. Youll generate leads, meet with potential clients, coordinate with sales/marketing support staff to ensure follow up, assist in the formal procurement process, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet business revenue targets. The WellSky Post:Acute Care Facilities division serves the Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), Inpatient and Out Patient Rehab Facility, Behavior Health Hospital, and Long Term Acute Care (LTC) Facility marketplaces with EMR, Revenue Cycle, and Financial Solutions

You will define sales strategies and tactics to drive year:over:year bookings growth aligned with divisional quarterly revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities will include growing existing clients programs and revenues while identifying, cultivating and closing new clients and new lines of business for the division. Management responsibilities will entail systematic, metric:driven oversight of a combination of an in:field and outbound telemarketing sales team. Territory planning and sales representative development will be important components for success.

Principal Functions of the Job

Develops annual sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share
Assesses market potential and identify new business opportunities and synergies
Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Maintains key client relationships and develops strategies for expanding the Companys customer base
Constantly monitors the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies
Provides expertise to Wellsky by building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out strategies and tactic
Participates in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
Adheres to the WellSky Values and supports a positive company culture
Responds to the needs and requests of clients and WellSky management and staff in a professional and expedient manner

Job Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelors Degree, preferably in business administration or marketing, strongly preferred; an additional 5 years of sales and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree
8 plus years of sales leadership and account experience, including a track record of success in large complex sales
5 years of Healthcare SaaS experience
Proven ability to motivate and sell, and consistently achieve or exceed individual and team quotas
Excellent leadership, employee development and coaching skills
Excellent communication skills : both oral and written communication
Strong computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong business acumen
Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem:solving skills
Able to work in a fast:paced deadline oriented environment
Customer focused
Able to cultivate a winning sales team

Travel up to 70
