The Opportunity:
We are seeking a warm and creative Director of People & Culture who has a genuine passion for helping others to lead our diverse and talented Four Season Philadelphia team. As a member of the senior leadership committee, this individual will report directly to the General Manager, and will have a direct impact on our employee culture and the overall success of the hotel.

Who We Look For:
Ideal candidates for this role will have a dynamic vision for the future as it pertains to employee engagement, learning & development, and talent acquisition. They will enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing -environment and take pride in coaching and developing future leaders. Additional qualifications for this role include, three to five years’ previous employment in a related people-focused position, a champion of diversity, inclusion and belonging culture. Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however not essential if the applicant has previous relevant work experience. Working knowledge of labor law is advantageous. Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes.
