Reporting to the Regional Vice President,

the Director of Operations will serve as the Champion responsible for
Commitment to excellence and high standards in
transforming

standard operating procedures and processes
with the objective of building best practices and efficiencies for maximizing growth and profitability.
The successful candidate
will posses experience with development and implementation of a service standard platform which can be customized and implemented throughout various business units at a 4 diamond / luxury quality level and be a member of the Executive Management Team and posses the ability to influence and interact with company senior operations management ensuring compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following: 13;
Oversees and manages challenges and innovations resulting in creative revenue generation and improvement, new product development and differentiation, lower operating costs, increased efficiency, and improved operating margin.

Plans and directs operating procedures in support of the company key pillars in Performance Management.

Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives
:
Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety, and purchasing.
:
Develops and maintains annual budget; Monitors financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goals.
:
Develops and implements operational plans ensuring WPCs High Culinary standards and systems to ensure that all contractual obligations are met
:
Complies with regulatory agencies, including federal, state
:
Analyze ongoing performance and trends the foodservice operational units and devise and lead improvements working directly with corporate culinary and business excellence teams

Qualifications: 13;
:
8:15 years Hotel; B and I; Contract food service business experience;
Bachelors Degree; MBA
:
Strong problem:solving, and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow; work independently and as a member of various teams and com
