CVS Health is looking for a talented and agile leader to enhance our understanding of the consumer as well as the effectiveness of marketing on our business. The Director of Pharmacy Patient and Marketing Analytics will join an Enterprise Analytics team that enhances the corporate understanding of the CVS Pharmacy(R) retail customer and measures marketing initiatives across the retail front store, pharmacy and clinic space. This role will be responsible for leading analysts and managers in measuring and optimizing the return on our marketing investments in traditional and digital media as well as in understanding patient behavior. The ideal candidate will have an advanced analytics background with experience in retail or healthcare, an insatiable curiosity, and a track record of innovative problem:solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:Lead and develop a growing team of managers and analysts in supporting the organizations understanding of traditional and digital marketing effectiveness in the retail pharmacy and health care space
:Recommend, execute and oversee advanced analytic solutions that enable a more complete understanding of retail customer behavior or of the impact of marketing on business outcomes
:Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced analytic methods, providing oversight and training to more junior analysts
:Develop relationships with Marketing Strategy and Media partners to optimize learnings and business impact through a collaborative approach to marketing testing and measurement
:Create and deliver impactful presentations that provide insights and recommendations for senior:level audiences
:Provide thought leadership on data and technology solutions that will enhance measurement capabilities and business impact

Required Qualifications
: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in a quantitative discipline with a documented course of study in Statistics (both theoretical and applied) and/or analysis methodologies (Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science; Advanced degree in data science, marketing analytics or business analytics is preferred
: 10+ years working in marketing analysis with a demonstrated track record of delivering insights and business impact
:10+ years of experience using SAS, SPSS, R, Python, and/or SQL to develop statistical tools, query large datasets and develop analytics solutions
: Expertise in advanced analytic techniques, such as marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression analysis, interrupted time series, clustering, A/B testing and ROI measurement
: Excellent analytical and problem:solving skills
: Strong oral and written communication skills
: Strong people management skills
: Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline:driven environment
: High levels of curiosity, self:motivation and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in data science, marketing analytics or business analytics is preferred
