As part of Aternity?s separation from Riverbed Technology, a Thoma Bravo company, Aternity seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and team-focused Global organization. This role is based in our Boston, MA headquarters and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for formulating, implementing and managing the company?s overall digital marketing strategy.
About the Role:
Oversee and manage Aternity?s digital strategy for SEO, SEM, retargeting, programmatic display, and paid media relations

Manage the operational functionality of the website

Work across digital channels and marketing functions to drive and engage website traffic

Collaborate across demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams to enable an integrated approach to drive traffic and conversion

Manage agencies, budgets, and purchase orders associated with paid media

Track KPIs to analyze and optimize program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI

Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
You are a creative and strategic marketer with a deep desire to engage and motivate our customer base. While you need to work independently, you understand the importance of collaboration with other teams to create an incredible digital experience to meet business objectives.
Additional qualifications include:
Bachelor?s degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, and business

7 years of marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS company

3 years of experience with Marketo, HTML, and SFDC; Marketo Certified is preferred

Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy

Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes

Experience managing global digital campaigns

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $43.00 /hour
