The Digital Marketing Manager in charge of 3rd Party Delivery, is responsible for managing 3PD aggregator relationships (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) and marketing as the day-to-day contact for Nathan?s Famous and other Nathan?s virtual concepts.
The position also will be responsible for onboarding operators and restaurants from the very beginning (from paperwork, menu uploading, menu descriptors, menu pricing, to image management and follow-up and ongoing maintenance). Responsibilities also include performance analytics as it relates to aggregators, promotional calendar development, as well as ensuring our restaurants are operating at a high-level across aggregators. In addition, the position works directly within Nathan?s Famous including marketing, operations and dealing directly with the outside marketing agency.

Responsibilities Include:
Management of 3rd party aggregator relationships
Manage day-to-day operations with Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, etc
Menu management on all platforms and aggregators for Nathan?s and on behalf of all operators, including virtual kitchens. This includes tools like Ordermark as well as integrated platforms like Olo.
Ensure platforms are operating at a high level and restaurants are delivering efficiently
Troubleshooting any outages, issues, etc. with 3PD aggregator teams/contacts
Continuously onboarding restaurants to aggregators to expand delivery options
Manage the 3PD portion of the Company?s website and locator
Driving sales via 3PD platforms through innovative marketing campaigns
Work with 3PD party aggregators to develop promotions and innovative campaigns to drive growth and retention
Development and management of promotional calendar focusing on driving higher sales, average check totals, etc.
Drive new user acquisition through 3PD aggregators
Performance analytics
Pull reports and analyze performance for each of aggregator partners
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting
Employ strategies and optimizations based on analytical trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of professional experience
Preferred experience in Marketing, or related field
Preferred experience in QSR or related industry
Proficiency in Mac or Microsoft Office applications
Experience with analytics platforms would be very beneficial
