The Digital Lead Generation Director is a key position within the Digital Team of Ally Marketing. This leader will be critical to drive efficiencies and accountability for businesses with a broad focus on lead generation. At the core of this function is the management and leveraging of data, content, and tech to improve outcomes for the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated team of Lead Gen/Affiliate specialists assigned to maximize value for businesses where there is heavy efficiency focus (Mortgage, Lending, Invest, Deposits)
Negotiate, manage, and grow key partnerships with rate table, lead gen, and affiliate partners with a focus on delivering both business and enterprise value.
Deliver accountability and reporting structure/cadence with key business partners and stakeholders.
Work closely with other teams within marketing, analytics, product, and storefront to leverage shared learnings, testing ideas, and funnel optimization recommendations
Drive strategic approach around creative process with external agencies, 3rd party partners, and internal UX resources to deliver assets needed to implement programs.
Partner with Analytics and Research to stay abreast of latest learnings on customer profiles and behaviors to help inform marketing campaigns.
Partner with content team to help amplify and create original content that can be leveraged through key partnerships in the affiliate/lead gen space. Position Ally favorably in a crowded competitive field.
Monitor, understand, and pivot campaigns in a dynamic fashion based upon competitive offers, marketplace, and business dynamics.
Track, monitor and publish reporting to show campaign performance and determine which strategies are driving the most engagement/revenue/cost saves across the partners/tactics/strategies
Be subject matter expert and deliver ad hoc presentations to leadership as needed
Qualifications
10+ years experience in lead generation/direct response/partnership development
Experience with marketing strategy, with particular focus on digital and database marketing
Clear understanding of conversion funnel metrics, analytics, and levers for success.
Bachelors degree in marketing or other related field
MBA preferred
Strong analytical ability
Proven ability to optimize and improve business outcomes
Experience working with cross functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
Project and team management
Self starter
Creative Problem Solver
