Overview
PK currently has exciting opportunities for Development Managers that would like to join our team as a full-time employee in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
Facilitates sessions to elicit and evaluate information and requirements from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and establish a knowledge and expectation baseline
Facilitate the war-room situations, performance issues and Sev-1 issues
Establish proactive monitoring with tools, scripts, and other activities
Brokers consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs
Prepares schedules to effectively manage the 24x7 shifts, communicates schedules periodically and sets the right expectations with the customer
Creates comprehensive and unambiguous documents for traceability, functional specifications, process steps and business cases (among others)
Represents, manages, and configures complex catalogs with multiple levels of associations, dependencies, and conflicts
Works with business teams on solution designs, functional specifications, system configuration, testing, training and other project and deployment-related activities
Ensures the consistency and sustainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and communicating standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions
Identifies and solves issues with system and process opportunities (including proactive gap analyses)
Provides skill and process mentoring to analysts on team
Communicates with customer leadership directly/ onsite and manages a large team of offshore resources
Qualifications
At least 15 years of hands on ASM Managed Services delivery experience
Hands on experience as a Transition Leader/ Manager when transitioning to managed services deals
Leadership experience within ASM (running ASM engagement, managing SLA's, creating/ tracking risk and reward models and working with IT leadership closely by running monthly and quarterly business and service delivery reviews)
Excellent understanding of ITIL processes (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident Management)
Ability to manage Multi-Year/ Multi-Million Dollar Managed Services deals
Strong technical background with hands on experience with a variety of technologies
Ability to identify automation opportunities and track them
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Should be able to articulate and present at executive levels
Hands on experience with continuous improvements
