Attention all Developer Leads! Our Client is seeking a Developer Lead level 2 who will partner with their program/product managers to facilitate a process that fits their needs and oversee the execution of that plan. Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills. This role is remote to start but transitions to onsite and is slated for the end of June 2021 and will likely extend. Those with PMI Certification strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain and control the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project.
Shepherd the Project Team through the Release process, being mindful of all requirements.
Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required.
Required Skills:

3 - 6 years Software Development Engineer experience
Strong Azure experience
Query languages: Kusto, SQL, etc.
Metrics collection
Basic ML/DS (coursework acceptable)
Desired Skills:

Microsoft developer experience/internships
Understanding of Azure, containerized ML workloads & VMs
Familiarity with different types of hardware (GPU/CPU/FPGA/etc) & power/efficiency metrics
Knowledge of carbon & energy measurement methodologies
Experience with Azure Machine Learning
Passion for sustainability & demonstrable projects
GitHub portfolio
Top Candidate Skills (2+ years of the following):

Strong programming skills in Python
Competency creating robust dashboards, telemetry and REST API's
Statistical foundations / Machine learning coursework or equivalent
