Desktop / Technical Support Specialist (2 Yrs+)(HYBRID ONSITE/OFFSITE) (LOCAL Candidates preferred) (Webcam interviews)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

DIRECT CLIENT Position

Number of positions: 1

Length: 12 Months +

Location: Richmond, VA 23219

Immediate interviews Webcam interviews ONLY

**THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID ONSITE/OFFSITE ROLE**
The onsite portion of this role is on an as need basis, please assume the candidate will be onsite at least once a week.

* Provide 1st level support to CLIENTs proprietary Voter Registration System and other CLIENT systems
* Administer access to CLIENTs systems
* Provide deskside support to CLIENT staff, to include hardware and software installation/troubleshooting
* Answer System Support hotline to provide technical support and direction
* Maintain CLIENTs technical knowledge base, including updating and creating knowledge base articles
* Maintain Agency assets via CLIENTs asset management system
* Possess exceptional customer service skills
* Manage ticket queues, and following up on open tickets
* Assist with special projects as needed
* Perform other support related tasks as assigned
* Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users

Candidates must have
ALL the "Required" skills
in order to be considered for the position. "Desired" or "Highly Desired" skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
