What You'll Do This role will serve as an individual contributor and be assigned to a designated product. This role will partner closely with the team Design Lead to implement standards and best practices and work closely with team members to support the development of a cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Primary Expectations Experience working in agile software development on a cross-functional team Able to navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery Support the development and communication of milestones; and delivers upon their area of expertise Actively participate in conversations and planning sessions with team members and stakeholders Willingness to partner with senior practitioners, and be receptive to mentorship Able to identify risks and communicate to leadership; provides recommendations to mitigate identified risks Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholder engagement Meet customer expectationsRequirements Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience Progressive experience with design principles and relevant technologies, understands roles with which they interact and how their work impacts business goals Experience with design software such as Figma, Mural, Adobe or other designer tools Demonstrated experience delivering design work including discovery artifacts, sketches and rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high fidelity prototypes Experience leading human centered design processes and deliverables in compliance with standards and regulations Public Trust Clearance#LI-remote
