The Headlines:

In the role of a Demand Planner working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Customer Service Excellence team within Corporate Supply Chain. You develop and deliver timely and accurate statistical forecasts and demand plans to the financial, supply planning, sales, revenue, and key account communities used to run the business. You will continuously identify customer requirements and develop solutions to improve value contributions to stakeholder groups.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Planning, and works closely with other areas of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other areas of Corporate Supply Chain.

The Responsibilities:
* Develop sales to retail volume plan for the business. Create both top down and bottom up forecasts at the weekly level factoring in casual events and qualitative business intelligence while building consensus that drives the business
* Manage the near term collaborative forecast process used in execution all the way through the annual plan, as well as the 3:5 year plan
* Manages complexity of statistical forecast and collaboration process to transform forecast into demand plan
* Lends expertise and develops business requirements for future state demand systems and implementation for the enterprise to include the statistical and collaborative planning

The Other Qualifications:

* You have a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
* You have 3:5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, and/or production planning.
* You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
* You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
* You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
