About Our Candidate:
We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to be part of our Carmel, Indiana development team. We work in a fast-paced environment that is hungry for analytics and insights. Our growing business is investing heavily in technology and people and we want to measure the progress we are making.
In this role you will collaborate with business stakeholders to define business outcomes and conduct detailed data analysis. You will acquire data, build models, and turn data into insights, enabling business partners to make informed decisions
What You Will Be Doing:
Work with business stakeholders to discover ROI and key success metrics to guide our investments in technology and improve our operations in the field.
Assemble and maintain compelling dashboards with leading indicators and business results metrics across multiple data sources.
Suggest and participate in development of product improvements.
Analyze data to ensure quality and help assess whether business value can be achieved
Develop SQL to prototype concepts and troubleshoot issues
Work closely with the development team members to understand data flows
Test solutions and resolve issues
What You Need to Be Successful:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong SQL skills
Motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
Experience with BI tools i.e. (Cognos, Tableau, BusinessObjects, PowerBI, etc.)
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
UX, visualization, and/or design experience is welcomed but not required
