Handy is a home services marketplace on a mission to disrupt the $400B home services market by seamlessly delivering every service to every home. Started in 2012 by Oisin Hanrahan & Umang Dua, Handy has scaled to offer cleaning, installation and assembly services across the US, Canada and the UK. Handy offers its services both direct-to-consumer via our website and mobile apps and through partnerships with some of the largest retailers in the world, including Wayfair, Walmart, Lowes, Costco and more.
As of 2019, Handy is an independently operated subsidiary of ANGI Homeservices (Nasdaq: ANGI), the world's largest home services marketplace including brands like HomeAdvisor and Angie's List. This milestone is allowing us to expand to hundreds of more home services to bring the Handy experience to millions of more customers and professionals.
About the role
This is a unique Customer Success Manager role where you will work with homeowners and large clients around the country on home improvement projects. A hybrid role of sales, customer service, and account management, you'll be leading the charge managing multiple large-scale projects and will have the opportunity to do meaningful work with tons of upside.
What you'll do
Communicate with new clients and accounts on the program
Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of Handy's services to prospective clients
Coordinate projects by handling all details from project initiation and service provider outreach to scheduling and invoicing
Take projects from initial outreach to completion quickly
Manage multiple relationships at once and create satisfied customers
Learn, learn, learn!!

What we're looking for
2-5 years of experience in customer success, sales or account/project management (or senior customer service roles)
Experience selling/speaking with clients on the phone and email
Ability to work independently with excellent time management; must be able to multitask and handle multiple relationships at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Good foundation in Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of with home services/skill trades and/or real estate is a plus but not required
Experience with ZenDesk is a plus but not required
Someone eager to learn and grow!
