Provide world class customer service via coordinating the entry of standard Aftermarket orders in the SAP ERP system, maintaining records, and ensuring orders are entered in accordance with key objectives and guidelines to obtain maximum efficiency. Effectively manages these order types through shipment.

Key Responsibilites:

:
Process, control, and coordinate the entry of Power and Industrial Aftermarket sales orders in the SAP ERP system according to company guidelines and procedures.
:
Verify PO details including quantities, pricing, and equipment details.
:
Verify appropriate authorization forms are included with PO prior to processing in SAP.
:
Work with sourcing and plants to secure best ship date, communication to customer, and manage entirely through shipment and invoice.
:
Coordinate with shipper to secure cost effective, efficient shipment process for managed orders.
:
Ensure all customer communications are promptly, professionally and accurately handled.
:
Backup to Customer Service Projects on initial project order entry, and the Customer Service Rep REMIF in assistance with order entry and managed shipments.
:
Initial call responsibility for PI 800 phone line, assist and distribute as required.
:

Perform other duties as assigned.
