RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking candidates for 100% remote Customer Advocate roles for our client, a high-tech company in the healthcare space. The client is seeking Bi-Lingual Candidates (English/Spanish).
Overview:
The Customer Advocate will deliver technical support for client's software applications to health care providers and members of our health care plans. As a Customer Advocate, these roles will provide outstanding customer service through technical and professional aptitude. There are several openings for 3-month contracts starting in August.
Responsibilities:
* Provide primary technical support for users of client software applications
* Investigate and resolve technical issues related to client software applications, third party used applications and the end user
* Communicates professionally with client organization patients, providers and caregivers to obtain or provide clinical and/or programmatic information
* Triage inbound calls and direct to appropriate team members
* Collect clinical information and simultaneously document data into a computer-based program
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in Computer Sciences, Software Design, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in the field
* 2+ years of consumer sales or customer service call center experience
* 1+ years of experience in a technical support environment
* Proficient in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.) and Outlook
