The position also coordinates department special projects and works in all aspects of membership and the Member Management System (MMS). Additional hours may be required to include nights, weekends, and holidays. 
The position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 


Requirements

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to:
· Create and distribute reports utilizing membership and member management system data. 
· Create custom data reports for requests from internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Develop, monitor and track data issue reports, coordinating resolutions for membership data discrepancies.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data workflows for the Membership Operations team and other departments.
· Design and generate data reports to support business intelligence and analysis needs.
· Assist in preparing the initial budget proposal for Membership Operations by gathering relevant data and performing data analysis to support budget recommendations.
· Coordinate the USAV junior season transition effort, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed on time and accurately. 
· Setup Region memberships and season management division settings during season transition periods.
· Review and update USA Volleyball waivers and policies for junior participation. 
· Coordinate the registration process and create documentation for foreign team participation.
· Serve as a liaison for foreign teams, providing guidance and support as they complete participation requirements.
· Facilitate the membership registration process for USA Volleyball employees, Board of Directors, committees, National Team Development Program participants, arbitrators, and event staff.
· Identify, document, and report system issues or potential enhancements in the Member Management System (MMS) and Event Management System (EMS).
· Schedule and coordinate meetings with MMS and EMS providers, capturing action items for both internal and external participants.
· Deliver timely, professional, and courteous customer service to all constituents.
· Respond to emails received from our regions, club directors, members, and other stakeholders.
· Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: · Possess intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently or on a team.
· Ability to prioritize competing tasks.
· Self-starter takes initiative to solve problems.
· Ability to provide exceptional customer service to staff, partners, and customers of USAV.
· Must be able to successfully pass a USAV background screening (prior to hire date).
· Must successfully complete SafeSport training within two weeks of hire date and remain current.
Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or related degree. 
· Experience with data management programs like Microsoft Access or Tableau.
Salary: $21-$23/hr.
