1-800Accountant is looking for a brilliantConversion Rate Optimization Specialistto help us improve user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, A/B and MVT testing.
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will work with members of our digital marketing, brand and advertising teams to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints. In this role you will own ideation and execution of split testing and marketing optimization projects.
A strong component of the role is to independently lead the website A/B testing strategy from defining hypotheses, through conducting traffic and sales analysis, competitive and consumer research, identification of clear conclusions, communication, and execution of recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans for Customer Acquisition, including path to conversion for cart optimization and abandonment.
Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
Meld your knowledge of ideal audience pathing with user experience to develop a conversion rate optimization plan that will convert relevant users as we acquire them.
Partner with our internal design, paid media and development teams to recommend changes based on winning test results.
Provide ideas for increasing net profitability and customer lifetime value
Spot and troubleshoot existing issues within the existing landing pages.
Get involved in the landing page design process of new landing pages.
Work closely with the analytics team to make data-driven decisions.
Stay up to date on the latest CRO news and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience optimizing customer journey through data driven design, user-centered design
2+ years of Testing and Optimization experience within the digital marketing space, with experience in split testing and optimization campaigns across multiple channels (including paid search, organic search, social and email)
Experience with tools such as:Optimizely
VWO
Google Optimize
Strong understanding of how advertising, landing pages and conversion rate optimization work together in a B2B industry
Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics
