Content Growth Strategist

We're looking for a seasoned Content Growth Strategist to join our fast-growing media company. The ideal candidate understands how to build and grow media products, analyze metrics, and make recommendations to drive editorial improvements. This person also must have strong project management chops and an ability to work across departments to help teams effectively meet their objectives and increase business impact.
This person will report into our Executive Editor and work closely with our CEO to connect our bold content strategy to audience and customer growth.
This is a tactical role that requires getting your hands dirty, logical thinking, and problem-solving.

If you worked here this month, here are some things you might have worked on: You worked with senior leadership to align content, marketing, and product teams on priority growth projects. You helped us develop a new organic growth strategy to increase our newsletter subscribers, and created a dashboard to track all the experiments we're running to rapidly grow our lists. You helped create a marketing campaign to drive downloads around our annual SMB Report. Here's a list of primary skills we believe are necessary for this person to succeed:
Proven experience in media operations, project management, and growth-focused roles Demonstrated history of growing media products Excellent organizational and project management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Understanding of media and marketing performance metrics (including familiarity with HubSpot) Proficiency in using Notion, Google Analytics, and other marketing software We free minds and build bank accounts.
