Min Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field and 2 years related experience.JOB DESCRIPTION:To provide supervisory skills in the operation of large:scale electronic data processing systems.
Salary Range

60,000 To 75,000 annually

Specific Job Related Duties
Manage the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk via both telephone and e:mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues. Establish and enforce service level agreements Analyze performance of Service Desk/Onsite activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of service desk/onsite support staff training procedures and policies Oversee development and dissemination of knowledgebase articles, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users. Coordinate and/or perform hands:on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications. Assist departments with inventory of computing devices Assist departments with technology refresh of computing devices, including providing quotes.
Work Schedule

Day Shift: Monday:Friday 8AM:5PM

Location: Rebecca Sealy Hospital/ Clear Lake Center/ League City Campus, Clear Lake Campus

Preferred Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field and two years related experience

Preferred Skill/Competency

Strong organizational skills. Strong customer service skills. Process improvement skills.

Preferred Work Experience

Supervisory experience in a Service Desk/deskside support environment. Desktop support experience on PCs with Windows operating systems. Previous experience in an IT Service Desk call center
