Description

Salary will be $46,000 Full-time position including insurance and time off benefits Easterseals Florida is looking to fill our Community Health Resources Navigator (for children and young adults) position serving in Mascotte, Minneola, Groveland and 4 Corners (Hartwood Marsh Road to the end of South Lake County) areas. The Community Health Resources Navigator works with families with children in need of a wide variety of assistance for whole health. The position is responsible for providing health information and advocacy for children and their caregivers, making referrals to community resources, and conducting disability screenings for children ages five and younger. The Community Health Resource Navigator is also responsible for recruiting clients. This position works extensively with community partners to identify clients and to ensure access to needed health and disability services. The qualified candidate will be a current or former resident of Lake County, Florida.
