Your role at Sephora:
A Co:Manager, Talent and Operations is responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management and development of any members of the Talent and Business Ops team. The Manager also exercises discretion in areas such as staffing, training, education, on:boarding of employees, schedule management, and operational standards within the store. In addition, you will:

:Manage the hiring process for all roles within the store in partnership with the Store Director
:Manage the review process for hourly leaders and employees
:Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports
:Manage the inventory of the store including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, cycle counting and ensuring that all processes are completed within company guidelines and timeframes
:Regularly act as the Client Experience and Logistics Leader within the store
:Engage with employees and clients on:stage whenever possible

:2:4 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
:Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays

:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrance filled environment
