Job Description

MedOptions is seeking a clinically familiar (Registered Nurse preferred), collaborative team member to provide exceptional customer service to our current contracted facilities and prospective new client facilities. Servicing as the customer relationship manager by information gathering to provide optimum patient and client services and often serving as a liaison between the facility and Vice President of Operations and Support Center.

The Client Service Director (Registered Nurse preferred) will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of the account business and client relationship:building as the primary contact for specific lines of business/channels, including planning, calendaring, upfront project assessment and execution. This role works directly with the client and internal teams to ensure that deliverables are strategic, on brand, consistent and that all parties are working toward the same goals. :Minimum Bachelors degree in healthcare related field. RN preferred
:Minimum 5 years in client relationship management, business development or sales with long:term care facilities, nursing homes, hospice, or home care.
:Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities a plus but not necessary.
:Self:motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations.
:Organized and deadline:drive with the ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously.
:Outstanding communications skills; exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
:Proven track record with high standards of professionalism, integrity and humility.
:Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook/Express with the ability to learn new computer systems specifically the MedOptions Electronic Health Record system.
Valid drivers license in good standing.


:This position is a mix of sales, marketing and customer

:Performing prospecting calls, meeting with prospective LTC facilities and then assisting with on boarding new client facilities.
:Develop and manage client partnerships and proactively seize opportunities to grow account revenue.
:Understand client business completely from a strategic, execution, and competitive standpoint.
:Communicate broader business goals and strategy to ensure internal teams understand project requirements, the set approach and deliverables.
:Fully understand our capabilities and provide meaningful and relevant recommendations to solve client business challenges.
Provide proactive communication with customer s to ensure maximum flow of referrals. This process will entail: monitoring weekly level of active caseload and making calls/visits to customers to identify referral flow breakdowns, and identifying methods for resolution. A weekly reporting module will be created to track progress.

Ability to trouble shoot problems and respond in a quick and efficient manner to our clients.

Manage all aspects of client relationships nurturing and developing successful interactions.

Design and implements process improvements between Medoptions and facilities.

Maintain continuous, collaborative and proactive dialog with facilities and AVP.

Nurture and maintain a deep understanding of facility and client requirements and partner with clinicians to provide superior care.

Find opportunities to grow the size and value of our business.

Create target maps to support growth.

Design client solutions and manage internal parties to ensure high level service.

Focusing on marketing and client sales activities directed towards prospective LTC facilities.
