Job Description

The role of the Client Services Administrator serves as the central point of contact for our valued clients. This position is responsible for the dispatching of staff engineers to address our customers requests for technology support and service. The principal requirements of the position are to effectively manage the schedules and assignments of our team of technical support engineers, provide rapid responses to incoming calls for support, and to ensure client satisfaction through professional, courteous, and effective internal and client communications. This position will report to and provide significant administrative support to the Operations Supervisor and network and software engineering departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include the maintenance of departmental schedules and project tracking, dispatching support for the network engineering department, general office administration, product procurement, estimating, and other tasks, as assigned. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, respectfully, and patiently with all clients, and be sensitive to their needs. The Client Services Administrator will be required to assist clients with a courteous manner, using various communication protocols (phone, e:mail, tracking systems, etc.). The ability to work calmly in emergency/crisis situations is an important attribute for the person filling this position. A motivated candidate will find that this position will lead to an opportunity for growth in the Information Technology field.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
: Mature person with very professional demeanor. This person will be dealing directly with clients.
: Experience using all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).
: Previous dispatching experience (experience with ConnectWise a plus).
: Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
: Capable of a common sense approach to resolving support issues.
: Assertive, but professional. Knows how to work with people to achieve a satisfactory resolution within company guidelines.
: Excellent organizational skills.
: Able to multi:task.
: Detail oriented.
: Motivated self:starter who will take ownership of all job responsibilities.
: Able to execute and complete projects with limited direction from management.
: High aptitude for technology.
