CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE POSITION SUMMARY
Triune Financial Partners, LLC is a comprehensive Financial Planning and Retirement Plans Consulting firm based in Overland Park, KS. Triune serves its private clients by coming alongside them to build a Financial Life Plan. Advisors and staff work collaboratively to address each area of a client's financial life, helping them to accomplish their goals. We address the areas of wealth management, investment advisory, risk management & insurance, cash flow & budgeting, group benefits review, 401(k) recommendations, taxes, estate planning, and charitable giving.
The primary role of a Client Service Associate (CSA) is to support Advisors by onboarding new clients, preparing client meetings, and coordinating follow-up actions. The CSA will gather financial information from clients, run reports, and ensure advisors have what they need to serve the client. The CSA takes direct instructions from (and works collaboratively with) advisors to complete essential duties and responsibilities required of this position. This is not a client-facing position, but there will be frequent phone and email communication with clients to ensure they and the advisor are prepared for meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and prepare client meetings.Research, collect, and aggregate client financial data in financial software.Complete basic functions to assist advisors with client account maintenance.Develop and update procedures related to position and other duties as assigned. SKILLS/KEY ATTRIBUTES
Excellent verbal (effective communicator) and written communication skills.Time Management - ability to establish priorities when operating with short deadlines.Organization Skills – Naturally organized and able to follow a system to work efficiently and effectively in a constantly changing environment.Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.Ability to operate under stringent policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience.Pass the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam within 3 months of employment. SIE® exam will not be required if already securities licensed or have completed a college financial planning program.Must be proficient and have experience working with MS Office Word and Excel. Entry level associates can take anywhere between 18 to 24 months to become fully proficient in this role.
