Key Responsibilities: 100% no-touch freight.50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.Average weekly mileage: 2,200+ miles.Running all 48 states, with most freight East of I-35 (No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs).Average haul length: Over 600 miles. Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $1,144.00 to $1,450.00 per week.Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour.Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day.Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days.Medical, Dental, Vision.Vacation & PTO.401K with company matching up to 5%.
