Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after the 2nd hourLayover/Breakdown Pay: $100/daySign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, another $500 after 30 daysMileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the month after hire Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend. Access to an operations specialist 24/7 for support. Drive newer 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW's. Average length of haul: 600+ miles.Drivers average 2,200+ miles per week.OTR, covering all 48 states (with the majority of freight being East of I-35). 100% no-touch freight.50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs. Must be at least 21 years old.Minimum of 3 full months of Class A driving experience. Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.Vacation & PTO.401K with company matching up to 5%.
