The Shared Services Integration Lead will work both strategically and tactically with the Head of Shared Services to enable and support the delivery of business objectives and key strategic initiatives.

The Integration Lead for Shared Services will be responsible for developing mechanisms to drive increased synchronization of fulfillment within and across the seven teams of the Shared Services organization. In addition, drive efforts to improve partnership and collaboration with the functional teams that Shared Services supports across the Service organization.

Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, this role will be accountable for the following:

:
Own delivery of strategic programs and projects for the Shared Services team, as well as ensure fulfillment of key commitments across Shared Services.

:
Partner with the Head of Shared Services to develop and deploy communication strategies to ensure alignment across Shared Services and the Service organization more broadly.
:
Coordinate projects and/or commitments directly involving the VP and direct reports
:
Lead planning efforts and manage agendas for meetings (staff, Town Hall, site visits, etc.)
:
Be an ambassador for Shared Services across Service and the enterprise, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment with partners. Ensuring plans and vision are well socialized and helping to connect the dots across the organization.
:
Create communication plans and provide content for various vehicles such as corporate intranet, emails, and talking points
:
Preparation of executive reports and presentations to a variety of audiences/constituents
:
Drive increases maturity in documentation and improvement of internal Shared Services business process
:
Develop programs and processes supporting department strategy
:
Represent Shared Services in cross functional meetings and events
:
Involved in a wide variety of efforts (ad:hoc projects or business demands which arise)

Qualifications

:
Bachelors degree highly preferred
:
5+ years of related experience with strong business acumen
:
Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast:paced environment
:
Strong written and oral communication skills
:
Comfortable navigating ambiguity
:
Analytical, structured thinking orientation
:
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrixed environment
:
Experience and comfort working with senior leaders
:
Proficient at using all Microsoft office products with the ability to create professional presentations and develop messaging around business strategies and initiatives
