Cherry Picker Operator (Night Shift)

Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a cherry picker or sit down forklift or picker equipmentStay fit doing hands-on work.You can expect to lift up to 80 lbs.Some stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable elevating in the cherry picker to those heights.Be on the move.You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as neededContribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating proceduresJob Status Schedule: Sunday - Friday 7 pm - 7 am (mandatory OT)

Requirements 1 year of prior work experience operating a cherry picker liftMust be able to pass pre-employment background checkMust be able to pass a drug screening (THC is part of the drug screen).18 years of age or olderAbility to work accurately with lengthy part numbersAbove average scanning accuracyAbility to follow directions and safe operating proceduresNeat and well organizedAbility to lift up to 80 poundsAbility to work at heights of 25 feetWork on feet for extended periods of timeWilling to work overtime as neededBasic computer/RF scanner experienceMove product by pulling and pushing, lifting and or pushing product, lifting and or pushing product that weigh up to 80 pounds.Move product in tight spaces using hand tools or equipment.Lift and move products using hand tools or equipment.Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.Keep work area clean and organized.Other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.Ability to work at a fast pace in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use best practices when working with customers and fellow employees.
