Fii is seeking a Channel (Carriers) Sales Lead to help drive revenue generation at the local carriers, implement strategy, and construct business plans for long term growth. Working in the realms of sales management, strategic planning, and leadership/people development, you will support execution of Channel revenue plans to agreed metrics and targets. You will drive improvement in customer satifaction through the enablement of strategic account planning, timely issue resolution, and internal support.
We're seeking talented individuals with the following abilities:
Take active role in operational sales processes, understanding how to operate as one to win in the marketplace
Orchestrate sales reviews and rhythm of the business for the Channel, including key account plans and performance monitoring
Utilize financial acumen to drive win-win outcomes
Build Channel sales strategy utilizing industry knowledge and trends, channel partner insights and carrier understanding to drive Channel growth and accelerate business model transformation
Develop digital transformation approach in alignment with the overall Fii vision and product long range plans, and support partners in their omni-channel evolution
Drive Consumer Channel segmentation, optimization, scale and Fii's strategic resource
Thought leadership on the Carrier business, inspiring a future focus shared vision
Lead role excellence and skills development strategy for all related roles to our Carrier sales business

Requirements
Higher University/College degree required - MBA preferred
5+ years Carrier ecosystem experience with a focus on devices and services sales
5+ years people leadership experience and capabilities to in carrier ecosystem
Driving transformation and business growth through carrier channels
Deep insight into Carrier and SMB trends
Experience with digital transformation and omni-channel evolution leading to joint profitability
Coaching and negotiation internally and externally to bring products to market that will win
Strategic business planning, analysis and insight to capture growth opportunities
High standards and ethics in business practices
Ability to learn/ramp fast to achieve impact
Professional sales and negotiations training
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management platforms
