An exciting new opportunity is available for an experienced senior contract manager and people manager to proactively lead the procurement and contract management functions of a small team in the provision of contracted aquatic and leisure services to ensure desired contract performance outcomes and levels of service are achieved.
The position is vital in ensuring effective work systems, policies, specifications and procedures to deliver optimum performance from service providers in delivering high-quality leisure services and will provide effective leadership to ensure procurement, contracts, operations and assets are managed efficiently, meet strategic and sustainability objectives, governance requirements, customer expectations and industry best practice approaches.
You will have tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in leisure/recreation service management or a related discipline, with related competencies and experience in contract management from the client side.
