As a Border Patrol Agent, you will play a critical role in securing the nation's borders and preventing illegal activity.
You will work closely with other agencies to identify and apprehend individuals who attempt to cross the border illegally, and provide support to economic stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct searches of detained persons, vehicles, and surroundings

Apprehend or restrain suspects in violation of law

Use firearms, write reports, serve warrants, and gather case evidence

Patrol using vehicles, horses, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, or motorcycles
">

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, including searching detainees, apprehending suspects, and gathering evidence
">
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
">
Proficiency in Spanish language is desired but not required
