Description:

What is the specific title of the position? Gensys/Avaya Data Consultant

PROJECT: Gensys/Avaya Data and Reporting Consultant for Omni migrations. This position will be working on Omni migrations, assisting business groups in navigating data engineering and reporting. Additionally, supporting ETL processes for data lake ingestion.

LOCATION: Remote.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Deep Genesys Info Mart background, Avaya CMS, Kafka, SSRS, SSIS, SQL, Java development.

TOP REQUIREMENTS: Genesys Info Mart, SQL Development, Avaya CMS.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Position will be responsible to analyze, design, configure, implement and support Genesys reporting in GI2, Infomart, and Pulse for Omni migrations. Resolve incidents relating to data lake ingestion processes.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
Genesys Info Mart, Avaya Data Structures, SAP Business Objects, Java

What skills/attributes are a must have?
Deep knowledge of Avaya and Genesys Info Mart data structures, SQL, Java

What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Kafka

Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred Client facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.)
Position will be responsible to assist Businesses, who will be migrating to OMNI/Genesys, determine operational issues such as increases in call Average Handle Time (AHT)

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8AM-5PM CST.
