Job Summary 13;

We are seeking a Buyer for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Wayne, PA. You may be required to work a rotating shift schedule that may require weekend hours.

Obtain material and services, requiring specialized product knowledge and experience, at the lowest cost, consistent with considerations of quality and delivery.

Job Qualifications 13;

The following are responsibilities related to the Buyer.

:obtain materials, components, equipment and services through interviewing suppliers, investigating performance history and recommending sources of supply.

:Analyze quotations, determine the best fit for needed material/services and commit contract.

:Schedule delivers appropriate to time and locatio and expedite delivery and shipment consistent with customer need.

:Verify contract compliance and approve payment of vendor invoices.

:Maintain automated records and files and produce automates reports for use in determining future contracts.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Buyer position.

:Education: Associates degree (A.A/A.S) or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline.

:Experience: 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education ad experience may be accepted as a satisfactory subsitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

:Certification/Licensure: None.

:Other: None.
