As part of that innovative spirit, Findorff has a dedicated Business Technology team that focuses on keeping the technology needs of our employees up with the ever-changing technical environment around us. To meet those needs, we are adding aBusiness Services Analystto our team.
The Business Services Analyst is a self-directed, customer service-oriented individual who focuses on Findorff's internal customers with optimizing technology resources used by the company to best serve departments and employees. The Business Services Analyst will have a broad understanding of operations and software used to support business at Findorff. The Business Services Analyst acts as the key interface between employees and vendors to gather and filter information, understands business needs and works with software vendors to optimize solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving, analytical, customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. Effective time management skills, decision making skills, and the drive to see projects through to completion. Possesses strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the internal customer/department. Ability to document, communicate, and implement innovative solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as current software used by the company. Project management process knowledge is necessary. Experience with CMiC/ERP systems preferred.

Bachelor?s degree in business administration or related field, or an associate degree plus equivalent work experience required. Minimum 5 years analyzing business requirements and supporting Business Services projects. Demonstrated excellence in business services customer support, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills and strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skills are required.
