Role Overview As a Business Loan Processor, you'll be responsible for managing business loan files from start to finish — processing paperwork, working with team members, and helping our business members get the funding they need. No two days are the same, so if you like variety, problem-solving, and a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities Prepare and submit all loan files to underwriting, including the ordering of all 3rd party reportsWork with all parties to gain the clear to close from underwriting and set the closingsReview member financials and help resolve loan-related issuesEnter tax return and financial data into our systemMaintain real estate property records and stay current on policiesRespond to business member inquiries and service ticketsSupport loan growth goals and help promote other credit union servicesRearrange priorities quickly when urgent requests come inCommunicate with members, realtors, title companies, and team members What makes you great fit? Experience with real estate or business lending is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to shift gears quicklyComfortable working under pressure and managing deadlinesFriendly, professional, and a strong communicatorTech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A drive to make impossible dreams possible Qualifications At least 2 years of mortgage and or business lending experienceAssociate's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field Valid driver's license requiredLicensed through Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Ready to join a dynamic team where you can make a difference through both technical expertise and relationship building?
