The Business Analyst will lead use case and business case creation related to the Financial Services and Payments industries. The Business Analyst possesses a combination of strong analytical, written and presentation skills as the position is customer facing. The Business Analyst understands artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in order to effectively perform required analysis and provide customer guidance.

Responsibilities
Define and construct industry vertical business cases, system capabilities, requirements and specifications that highlight Deep Labs? products and services
Synthesize customer goals/challenges and recommend solutions and actions to address customer needs
Lead financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic business planning
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Understand and communicate the business impact of any changes
Advise on changes to customer using analytics to support the recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Define solutions to meet client needs and address critical issues and business challenges in the Financial Services and Payments space
Assist in business development activities via written proposals
Conduct interviews and lead workshops with customers

Requirements
BS/MS Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Finance and other quantitative areas
3-5 years of experience with Financial Services (banking or payments).
Proficiency in visualizations and dashboards
Experience with data modeling techniques, such as classification, clustering, linear regression, time series, etc. is a plus
The ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines, and a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to get any job done.
Aptitude to perform Big Picture Thinking while executing in the detail
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely well organized with strong time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communications
