Looking for energetic people for full time Contact Center support position.
Main responsibilities include assisting customer inquiries via phone, written and in:person contact regarding account billing, payment and other related account specific issues in a high:paced service center environment.
Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction. Customer Service or Call Center experience (1:3 years).
Excellent communication skills required. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent listening skills required.

Proficiency in English and Spanish.

General Experience:

:Proficient in relevant computer applications
:Knowledge of customer service and or call center principles and practices
:Call Center or Customer Service experience (six months or more)

Required Skills:

:Minimum of6 months experience in Customer Service (in:person)
:Must be bi:lingual (English/Spanish)
