Hilltop Collision Center has a position available for a Collision Repair Technician.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume shop who services all insurance companies.
Applicants must be detail oriented, and willing to work as a team.
Applicants must be able to produce high quality work, and repair vehicles to I-Car and OEM specifications.

Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Perform Work as outlined on the estimate with efficiency and accuracy
* Verify and gather Parts, Supplies, Equipment, and Tools
* Examine vehicle for Supplemental Damage
* Perform body repairs
* Perform Steel and Aluminum Welding
* Body and Frame Alignment
* Operate all equipment in the Collision Center in a safe manner
* Keep the workstation neat and clean
* Maintain quality service by following repair standards, conducting tests drives, perform a final inspection, and fix deficiencies.
* Follow Company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Displays respect towards co-workers
* Be open minded, and willing to learn
* Be willing to continue I-Car Certification
Minimum Requirements
* 2 Years of Body and Frame Experience
* Must have own tools
* I-Car certification preferred, but not required.
OEM Certifications a plus
* Must be able to lift *****lbs
* Ability to use Frame and Measuring equipment
* Valid Driver's License
* Flexible and focused on providing high quality repairs
* Be willing to work in a Team Environment
Compensation based on experience
