JOB OVERVIEW Job Description Summary:

The Associate Director, Program Careers360 is responsible for building and managing the Careers360 Core Program and overseeing the intersections of its various verticals.
Careers360 is an experiential learning initiative designed to equip students with practical industry knowledge, enabling them to successfully transition into their chosen fields upon graduation.
The Associate Director will oversee all Careers360 verticals, including Consulting360, Finance360, Marketing360, and additional programs as needed.
Each vertical focuses on enhancing students' industry knowledge, understanding of company roles, interview skills, and professional networks.
Core Responsibilities: Program Development:Build and manage shared resources across verticals, such as interview preparation guides, resume templates, TMAY (Tell Me About Yourself) frameworks, and networking resources.Develop and manage programming for areas where verticals intersect.Team Management:Provide direct supervision and management of the Associate Directors of Finance360, Consulting360, Marketing360, and any other verticals.Offer strong leadership and guidance to ensure each vertical meets its objectives.Foster collaboration among Associate Directors to promote program alignment and maximize student impact.Administrative Oversight:Manage program budgets, contracts, agreements, policies, and logistics for events and initiatives.Streamline processes for attendance tracking, recruiting activities, social media posting, and LinkedIn updates for each vertical.Program Impact Measurement:Develop systems to collect, track, and report on program success metrics, such as attendance, internship placements, and full-time job outcomes.Alumni & Corporate Engagement:Partner with the Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) team to engage alumni as mentors, speakers, and panelists.Collaborate with the Employer Development and Recruitment (EDR) team to strengthen relationships with companies for on-campus recruitment opportunities.Alumni Tracking & Engagement:Establish and maintain a system for alumni outreach and tracking to build a long-term, engaged professional network.This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of experiential learning at GWSB, ensuring students are well-prepared to enter the workforce with confidence and competence.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 6 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position.
Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership and program management experience.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proven ability to build relationships with alumni, employers, and other key stakeholders.Experience in higher education, career services, or a related field preferred.Passion for student success and professional development.Commitment to student relationship building through an on-campus, in-person presence on a consistent basis.7-10 years of relevant and recent experience.In-depth knowledge of the many options and career opportunities in industry.
Understanding of data analytics is a plus.Experience in project/program development and management.Demonstrated experience and success as a motivational, service-oriented leader who fosters enthusiasm and collaboration.Experience with strategic planning, and program evaluation and administration.Appreciation for, and experience with, working and managing strategically in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also having the ability to take initiative and work independently.Works well under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines.Familiarity with the academic, business, and international cultures is highly desired.Master's Level Degree, MBA preferred, but not required.GW offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, time off & leave, retirement savings, tuition, well-being and various voluntary benefits.
