Bristol:Myers Squibb is a global leader in hematology, with a market:leading multiple myeloma franchise and promising future pipeline. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing the HCP strategy for REVLIMID in multiple myeloma.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and execute marketing brand plans; working cross:functionally and with external vendors and key stakeholders

Lead innovation in marketing to the HCP audience and key stakeholders : contribute new ideas and approaches and help build a cutting: edge marketing organization

Support the launch of new indication, including development and roll out of comprehensive launch plans

Contribute to and/or lead the development of NPP programs, field:facing personal promotion, and peer:to:peer strategy

Apply understanding of customers, disease, key market trends, and competitive environment to form strategies and develop tactics that will help to achieve the MM franchise sales goals

Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure aligned objectives, understanding, and implementation of the brand strategy

Effectively manage budgets and assess the marketing mix to evaluate cost effectiveness and results

Identify and monitor key performance indicators for key marketing programs/tactics

Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives

Oversight of marketing operational aspects of product promotions

Required Skills/Education/Knowledge:

BA/BS required

5+ years biopharma/pharmaceutical experience

6+ years of healthcare industry experience.

Must be self:motivated with the ability to think strategically, drive performance, foster relationships and build alignment

Strong communications skills and track record of delivering effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers

Initiative, creative, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environment

Superior project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize

Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally

Preferred Skills/Education/Knowledge:

2 years of hematology/oncology marketing experience preferred

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of healthcare marketing and 2+ years of hematology/oncology specific marketing experience
