The Digital Marketing lead will support the aesthetics commercial marketing team to prepare RHA dermal fillers and DAXI neuromodulator for launch in the highly competitive facial aesthetic injectables market. This individual is forward thinking, passionate about digital innovation and a strong collaborator who will prioritize success for the organization.


Key responsibilities include: leading digital channel strategy and digital experiences; creating business requirements, workflows and digital content; measuring and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. Experience managing omni:channel initiatives that include paid, earned, owned (website) and shared (influencer and social) digital media channels is required.

In addition, the candidate will oversee the development of end:to:end performance reporting capabilities, highlighting efficacy of programs and campaigns and identifying synergies and opportunities within omni:channel digital executions. This person will manage a digital agency but should be equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves creating requirements, business rules, workflows, and digital content.

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Marketing Platforms, Programmatic Display and Video and Ad Exchanges. General knowledge of required infrastructure necessary to support SEM, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, Remarketing, OLV, FEP among others, and demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with information technology (IT) counterparts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Manages the development of commercial (brand) digital marketing programs/campaigns.

Manages the research, analysis, and monitoring of financial, technological and demographic factors, and designs digital marketing plans to capitalize on digital marketing opportunities.

Is our subject matter expert on best practices for digital marketing capabilities and execution; advises cross:functional teams on process and execution.

Partners effectively with IT and cross:functional leads to deliver against the business forecast and commercial (brand) KPIs.

Continually seeks opportunities to optimize digital performance, through both digital operational improvements as well as digital channel and content/creative improvements : content, architecture, SEO/SEM across consumer and healthcare professional segments.

Identifies opportunities to innovate and evolve; proactively drives new ways of working.

Oversees digital agency and media agency partner(s).

Manage brand influencer marketing efforts.


Minimum Required:

BS/BA Degree


Preferred emphasis in communication, business and/or marketing.


Minimum Required:

10:12 years of marketing experience, minimum 7 years in consumer digital marketing experience (health care, beauty or luxury goods preferred).

Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience, with expertise in all digital channels and how to leverage them in a complimentary way.

Track record of successful campaign launches, well versed in channel, media and brand performance indicators.

Strategic Leadership: Ability to synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organization to move forward.

Analytics and Decision Making: Creates structured frameworks to evaluate, assess, and enable business decisions.

Willingness to travel 25 of the time.

Ability to work in a fast:paced, visible and dynamic environment.


Possessing both agency and in:house experience a plus.
