Job Description Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Consumer Marketing Performance Management for the U.S. Oncology Marketing team. This position will be responsible for actively managing marketing performance management service providers, agency partners and internal analytics teams focused on optimizing key elements of the consumer marketing strategy across multiple brands within the our Oncology product portfolio. The position ensures marketing strategy and promotional execution can be measured to answer critical business questions. This position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA.

Key responsibilities and experience include and are not limited to the following:

Responsible for actively managing performance management service providers, agency partners and internal analytics teams focused on optimizing key elements of the consumer marketing strategy for currently approved products and indications
Proactively establish Consumer campaign scorecards and marketing performance goals, defining what success should look like by aligning performance measurement metrics and analytics to campaign objectives for future indications and product launches across the Oncology portfolio
Provide the marketing team with deep analytical insights and actionable recommendations to impact next iteration decisions based on data and learnings
Define, build, analyze, and monitor Key Performance Indicators that inform marketing and customer strategy in a timely manner
Ability to communicate marketing performance insights and findings to stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership
Proactively create campaign level learning agendas to support continuous A/B testing of different variables within the promotional campaigns
Lead or collaborate with Advanced Analytics partners on ROI/MMM/Patient level analyses and business impact studies
Actively seek ways to address data gaps and data quality to improve performance results
Evaluate/experiment with new analytical tools/technologies to generate additional marketing performance insights
Manage optimization process of multi:channel integrated promotional activities across mass media channels including print, TV, digital, social and PR including asset development and media placement
Identify trends, insights and business impact attribution across multiple omnichannel activities and data sets.
Successfully work in a complex Matrix organization where exceptional collaboration is required to obtain desired results
Requires approximately 25 travel, including some weekends.

Education:

BS in Marketing or Business Analytics; MBA Preferred
Required:

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing performance service providers, agency partners and internal analytics teams to measure marketing impact
A minimum of 8 years of experience working in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross:functional teams
Decisive decision making and ability to bring others along the decision cycle
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Learning agility and flexibility
Experience in implementing consumer brand strategy
Preferred:

Consumer Marketing experience
Oncology Marketing experience
Product/Indication Launch experience
