We're seeking future team member for our Associate, Client Processing Representative I role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Review daily reports of suspected check fraud to determine need for further investigation
Maintain knowledge of current events and trends in such areas as money laundering and criminal tools and techniques
File claims for any Electronic Funds Transfer fraudulent activity
Review chargeback and arbitration documents pertaining to card fraud cases in a timely and accurate manner
Keep up with network rules and regulations, including but not limited to third party vendor card processor regulations such as, Master Card and Regulation E.
Resolve all client disputes in a timely manner, per Regulation E
Process ATM and debit card claims from lost, stolen or fraud activity in work queues.
File claims for any ACH fraudulent activity 

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred. 
5-7 years of total work experience preferred. 
Experience in brokerage processing preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Must have time management discipline, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and be productive.
Excellent computer skills specifically in Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, and Power Point.
Excellent verbal communications. 
Ability to take direction and work independently.
