We are looking for a dynamic associate brand manager to join our quickly growing company and help us expand our product offerings. This role will be responsible for supporting the brand team in the development and lifecycle of an entire category. The ABM will work cross:functionally by conducting market research, providing business case analysis, supporting new product launches, and crafting go:to market strategies for new products.

Responsibilities

. Conduct market research to identify user needs and key insights for new products

. Shepherd the art and graphics development process to completion

. Work closely with Brand Manager and Project Manager to maintain and update stage gate documents

. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform innovation pipelines; conduct after:market analysis for new launches to determine success level and next steps

. Create briefs to guide the work of cross:functional teams as it relates to new product development

. Collaborate with cross:functional teams in business, product, finance, design, and R and D

. Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements

. Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well: rounded understanding of products and developing needs

. Monitor and adjust product based on consumer expectations

. Maintain in:depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required 2+ years of brand management or other relevant marketing/analytics experience

CPG marketing experience a plus Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems Strong project management and time management skills Highly motivated and organized with capacity to perform in a fast:paced, rapidly growing start: up environment Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with many different teams, team leads and outside vendors Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Can:do positive attitude and a roll:up:your:sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
