The Headlines:
In the role of Associate Analytics Manager based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for developing bespoke models and analytics to solve commercial and strategic business challenges across the Sales and Marketing teams in America, with the objective to make the business smarter and ensure every dollar we invest works harder for the business.
This role is part of the Marketing Advanced Analytics team within the Advanced Analytics group in our Finance Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics (Marketing.) Outside of the direct team, this position will work in partnership with the commercial business leads and with a variety of other internal and external stakeholders and analytics subject matter experts abroad range of analytical methodologies to solve complex problems at scale.
The Responsibilities:
Analytics
:
Works with analytical tools (SQL, R, Python and Tableau) and methodologies (including advanced statistics and machine learning) to bring together and interrogate multiple big data sets to deliver actionable insights and strategies to the business

Lead the development and execution of commercial analytics in areas such as Price Promotion, Marketing effectiveness and Sales Analytics across different channels, chains and products

Development includes understanding modeling techniques, variable selection, transformation, application and c
ontinuous model refinement using supervised and unsupervised techniques
:
Work across multiple structured and unstructured datasets from disparate sources and markets
:
Quality checks to ensure model validity and applicability
:
Lead the development and execution of custom analyses focused on quantitative methods
:
Adapt and roll:out analytical products or services from individual business areas or countries into wider Molson Coors Business.
Delivery and Reporting
:
Transform model results into insights to help stakeholders understand not only historical impact but also make predictions of future returns and prescriptive recommendations
:
Develop and deliver action:oriented, insightful analytic presentations that provide consultative direction to key stakeholders.

Utilizes Agile or Sprint development methodology to evolve analytics solutions to best address business challenges as quickly as possible
Communication and Learning

Communicate effectively with business and management stakeholders to build out and execute flexible project plans that deliver on joint commercial goals

Build commercial analytics knowledge, experience and capabilities through on:the:job and external learning to become a thought leader at Molson Coors

Collaborate with local marketing and insights teams to both roll:out North American developed analytic solutions and build local capability through training and support

Build and lead ad:hoc training/education sessions with stakeholders and end users to build adoption and usage of analytics within the organization
The Qualifications:
:
Bachelors degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Sociology, Finance, Computer Science, etc.;) MBA, PhD, or Masters preferred

You have 3+ years of Market Research, Analytics, or Commercial experience

You have experience working with large datasets building, managing, and interpreting complex, predictive statistical or econometric models
