Overview: The Associate Account Manager - Amazon, will be directly aligned with the Account Team as led by the National Account Manager - Amazon. This person will assist in day-to-day coordination of all functions related to the sales and marketing efforts of Amazon and contribute to the management of Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising portals.
Ideal candidates will have recent and direct experience with Amazon account management and supporting a fast moving team in a high growth environment. This role calls for skill sets in both a Sales and Marketing orientation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Product Set up via Amazon NIS template and asset content uploads ? assets, copy, etc (manage Salsify as an example)
Monitor, maintain and update product catalog listing data for a consistent online presence as well as verifying product launches and listing integrity
Liaison with Marketing to plan and manage pre-sells
Monitor product sales rankings, Amazon?s Choice, Unavailable Product ? and communicate gaps / opportunities internally
Partner with the marketing team as needed to optimize content and keywords
Monitor competitive products on Amazon and amalgamate insights for Product Development / Mgmt / Account Manager
Monitor Catalog Pricing changes as well as among other retailers (comp shop), monitor MSRP deviations
Have a high awareness for consumer reviews and communicate these through the organization to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot brand roadblocks, issues with item skus and unintended listing changes through Amazon Support case submissions, sending in support tickets to rectify.
Submitting and tracking Vine Samples
Assist in the construct, maintenance and updates of PowerA Brand Store on a regular basis
Build, maintain and update sku/ASIN A+ Pages on a regular basis / insure pages are maintained by Salsify
Facilitate and address all Andon Cords in conjunction with PowerA Customer Service
Tracking Promotional Calendar results to budget
Document and monitor product launch timelines and initial shipments on Amazon
Vendor Central proficient
Utilize Amazon Premium Analytics to track and report traffic diagnostic, top Amazon search terms, market basket analysis, Item Comparison and Alternate Purchase Behavior and trending Customer Reviews to evaluate product health.
Participate in meetings with Vendor Manager, Vendor Services Manager and Amazon Advertising Account Manager
Coordinate as needed with Sales Operations Specialist on any necessary Account related matters

Qualifications:Experience Requirements
1-2 years inside sales experience - Specifically within Vendor Central and Amazon advertising
Gaming industry experience preerred but not mandatory
Consumer Products (CPG) experience - e-commerce, mass market, etc.
Experience working with a matrixed team in an office environment

Job Skills & Traits
Excel / Powerpoint / Office suite proficiency
Experience in start-up, or highly entrepreneurial companies preferred.
Self-starter, high energy with strong drive to work hard and excel.
Good client phone presentation skills. Experience selling to low or mid-level marketing and agency partners. Detail oriented.
Autonomy through high responsibility and result driven planning.
Proven ability to create strong client partnerships.
Ability to build consensus and generate excitement and enthusiasm for new initiatives.
Strong computer/technical aptitude and knowledge of managing results through computer reports/CRM systems.
Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Project management skill as well as an ability to multi task and prioritize.
