Job Description: We are looking for a Senior or Principal Applied AI Engineer who will be excited about joining an early-stage startup. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Gen AI space, experience working with many different LLMs and associated dev tools, and an interest in applying these skills to solve complex real-world problems.
In this role, you will: Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions.Implement high-performance, scalable AI systems for processing legal documents at scale.Stay current with AI trends, exploring novel research topics to inform our product strategy. You might thrive in this role if you have: Have extensive experience building production systems, particularly involving LLMs.Are proficient in Python and ML Ops, with a strong understanding of NLP and information retrieval.Have startup experience, owning problems end-to-end and adapting to new challenges.Have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.Are passionate about applying AI to solve complex real-world problems in the legal industry.
